For the one ready to own the room. The Creative Director Collective is a 4-hour professional-level balloon experience for graduates of The Artisan Intensive. This is where art meets business — and where a decorator becomes a creative director. You'll leave with a portfolio piece, a branded apron, a personal note from Crystal, and everything you need to build and run your own design business with intention.
What You'll Learn:
• Concept development — translating a client's vision into a design
• Building and presenting a professional mood board
• Full install workflow — planning, logistics, execution, and breakdown
• How to run a team on install day
• Building your portfolio and brand as a decorator
• Business fundamentals — contracts, deposits, and pricing for profit
The Experience:
• Light refreshments
• Maximum 10 participants
• 20 min 1:1 Coaching Session w/ Crystal (within 60 days of class completion)
• Each participant leaves with a portfolio piece created in session
• Branded apron presented at close
• Graduation photo
• Certificate of Completion — The Creative Director
• Hosted at a private studio in the Baltimore/DC/Virginia area
• Full address shared upon confirmed registration
